The New Jersey Choose Life license plate is an official organizational plate administered through the Children First Foundation. Every plate serves as a visible reminder of hope while helping support organizations that provide life-affirming care and resources.

Children First Foundation currently sponsors Choose Life license plates in Connecticut, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. But the Choose Life movement extends far beyond those states.
