Join The Children First Foundation with an annual, tax-deductible $25 membership.

Complete the Application
Download and complete the Washington, D.C. license plate application, then mail it to The Children First Foundation. We’ll co-sign the application and mail it back to you.

Visit the DMV
Take your verified, co-signed application to a District of Columbia DMV office and pay the $100 one-time plate switching fee. The DMV will issue your new Choose Life license plates.
